The Laboratory of Evaluating Levels of Creativity and Intellect researches on the conceptual trends of economic elite formation basing on monitoring student youth competence. Analysis of social, psychological and professional potential of some generations of bringing up a charismatic leader capable to combine theoretical knowledge, skills, abilities, practical experience and creative thinking in his/her professional economic activity. Matching competences of the qualification and position ensures success of the future specialists in economics. Evaluating intellectual potential and development of creative abilities is the basis of searching for innovative decisions in economic knowledge.
