Dean of the Faculty – Pavel Vladimirovich Pronoza, Associate Professor, Candidate of Science (Economics) Tel (38-057) 702-18-36, extension 3-18 Practical training of the students specializing in Finance and Banking is done on the basis of long-term agreements with the branches of the Ministry of Finance, the Treasury, State Taxation Administration of Ukraine, state and commercial banks, insurance companies and industrial enterprises of Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava oblasts where the students also have their traineeship, during the recent ten years the Finance Faculty has been meeting the demand of the Ministry of Finance training specialists for employment in finance and credit institutions of the north-eastern region of Ukraine. |

The Specialist in Finance can arrange management and manage state and corporate finance.
The Core Subjects are: Finance Management; Budget Management; IS and IT in Finance; Finance Market; Banking Transactions.
The Specialist in Banking can work as economist in planning, control and analysis of bank’s financial activities; auditor; economist; dealer specialing in stock and currency deals.
The Core Subjects are: Monetary and Credit Systems of the World’s Countries; Banking Transactions; Banking Statistics; Accounting and Audit in Banks; Treasury Transactions; Finance Management in Banks; International Settlements and Currency Transactions.
The Specialist in Taxation can work in the State Taxation bodies of Ukraine, as economist in tax planning at industrial and commercial enterprises and banking institutions, taxation consultant in consulting.
The Core Subjects are: Ukrainian Taxation System; Budget System; Finance Analysis; Taxation Law; Financing of Legal Entities; IS and IT in Taxation; Taxation Systems in Foreign Countries; Fiscal Policy.
